Big Girl

I absolutly LOVE these pictures!! Although it really makes my baby look so grownup. She usually isn't all dolled up so I had to take a picture while she was (because it didn't last through lunch and nap time like I suspected). She's usually sporting whatever clothes I can keep on her, and a messy up do thanks to her obsession of taking off clothes and pulling her hair out!  Brooklyns hair is just long enough to put two ponies in the back without falling out on its own. 

I can't believe she is already 18 months old. Where has the time gone. Here's a few facts about this girl just so I don't forget:

*She is 24.8 pounds and 32 inches tall
*She hates having her diaper on. She takes it off several times a day, even through her clothes. I usually find her in the morning and after nap time with it off. I find it really funny but at the same time so frustrating. If only we could get her potty trained.
*She can say several words most of which I'm pretty sure no one else can understand but me or the rest of the family. Some of those include more, milk, baby, Kayden, mom, dad, bear, zebra, dog, kitty, diaper, and stinky. She still uses sign language, and when I show her a new sign she picks it right up and does it back to me.
*She loves to eat. In the morning she will sit at the table eating breakfast for a good hour. She learned how to use a spoon so she loves cereal (just like her mom)! She will ask for more cereal and milk and go through about 4 or 5 (small) bowls before I will cut her off. I really can get a lot done with her sitting at the table eating. I'd say this is her favorite food besides sweets but she will eat a lot of different things.
*She loves books. My sister will come over & she will pull her big basket of books over to where she is sitting & climb up on her lap. She wont sit through reading more than half of it yet, but she loves to turn the pages and look at all the pictures.
*She is just learning the different animals and their sounds. We have an Uno Moo game with small farm animals and we sit and go through every animal a lot.
*Her favorite toy is her baby and stroller. She loves to push her baby around.
*She gets excited to go anywhere but ironically hates to sit in her carseat. Tell her we are going outside and she runs to get her shoes on.
*She loves to help me around the house. Laundry, unloading the dishwasher, vacuuming and mopping!
*She likes to be sung to & her hair or face stroked before she falls asleep. Once I am done singing I have to kiss all the animals in her bed and her blanket and her goodnight.
*She is pretty mellow and easy going unless her brother is in her face or bugging her she will definitly let him know.
*Her little laugh is so contagious.
*She is definitely a mammas girl (and is quit attached!!) Some days I can't even go up the stairs without her yelling after me. She doesn't like to be left at anyone's house, but if she is left at ours with Kayden she does pretty good.
