I'm pretty sure that I got the best mom award tonight. I made a fort with Kayden this afternoon that he is currently sleeping in tonight, he requested Steak for dinner and his wish was granted and for FHE tonight we made marshmallow guns. Brock made Kayden's gun first and then made himself (or Brooklyn one that he could help her with) one too. His was a little big bigger....to say the least and the first mallow out of the barrel hit Kayden in the face...HARD. He bawled and then we showed him how fun it was to shoot mallows and he was OK.

 I'm not sure who had more fun with these tonight...Brock or Kayden but it was funny to watch them! Poor Brooklyn became an instant target for both of them. And what a sweet girl after all that she still picked up and handed them their marshmallows! I'm pretty sure that I will be finding colored mallows all over the house now!

I tried to get a picture of Kayden's battle wound but it's hard to see. That red spot under his Right eye is where he got hit. It's a good thing he didn't get hit in the eye. We need to break out our safety glasses!!

We are loving that summer bucket...lots of good memories are being made!
