I was really against Brooklyn doing this but it is so stinkin' cute. I have tried to force the binkie on her and she will now accept it but only when she is tired and wants to be rocked to sleep. She found her two fingers though and happily sucks on them. She also loves to have the blanket on her cheek. She has had a really hard time soothing herself until now. I guess I can always break her of this habit someday. I always thought it was easier to take away a binkie than a finger. She really is too cute when she does this and I love the little sucking noises that go along with it.

She is so stinking cute!!! Trey sucked his thumb all the time and now at age 8 he has stopped it. I never stressed about it or made a big deal about it and he has stopped on his own. It is really cute when they do it. Good Luck

Ryleigh has been a thumb sucker since a week old. I wish it was the binkie. Can't get rid of the thumb darn it. It is cute now but not when she is 5.
