Tylers First Year

I can't believe my little Tyler is one!!! He has been such a tough little boy this past year. He has really come a long way, and is so healthy. Our family wouldn't be complete without him. Here is a look at Tylers first year in pictures.

This was the first picture Brock ever took of Tyler. I wasn't aloud to see him for three hours after he was born so Brock went and took this picture of him in the ICU and brought it back for me to see.

Tyler was born on August 29th and 2 1/2 months (77 days) later we were able to take him home. We had bitter sweet feeling leaving the NICU. We had made some pretty good friends in there and it was sad to know that we would never see them again, but on the other hand we couldn't wait to finally have Tyler at home with us and have our family complete in Wyoming.

The day after Tyler came home we took this shot of Kayden holding Tyler. He loved holding his baby brother.

Tyler on his birthday. We thought it was a little funny that we had come full circle and was in the hospital on his birthday. Tyler had a pretty uneventful day...no cake or ice cream or even chocolate milk. He did however get an IV, get a visit from his grandparents and his aunt, and he took a few birthday naps. We are excited to see what the next year will bring with this little boy. He is full of surprises all of the time. We love you Tyler!!
