How does your Garden Grow?

I started my garden months ago as tiny little seeds ( i think back in April or May) and kept them inside for a long time. When it got warm enough outside I transplanted them and left for California. Most of my plants died and I had to start over (but this time with store bought plants) but just a few survived. My peas, zucchini and carrots are the only few that survived. We have already gotten some peas, and I know i have carrots under the soil, but the plant I am most excited about is my zucchini. I love to make zucchini bread, and we eat it like candy so when I saw that i actually had some growing I was ecstatic. Yesterday I picked my first one, and can't wait to get baking. I also have tomatoes, cauliflower, cucumbers, peppers, and cantelope in my garden. Needless to say I am very proud of myself, because we hear it is SO hard to grow anything here.
