We lost our camera for a little while, but it was found today so since my favorite holiday happened to be the fourth of July I better post some pictures. Because the fourth was on a weekend this year i have been planning to go to Idaho for quit some time. They have the best fireworks show there...the Melaleuca Freedom fireworks. On Friday morning we went to the parade in Idaho Falls with Georjene and her kids. Kayden did really well and just sat on Brocks lap the whole time. There was a lot to see, and lots of candy to eat. After that we went and walked around the greenbelt where they had tents set up of good food and fun stuff to see and do. We mostly just go for the food. Brock finally got his funnel cake (he has been craving one of these forever, I think he has sympathy craving pregnant pains) and I got a Jamba Juice...a must whenever we travel outside of rock springs. That night we went over to the Taylors for dinner and the show. They live right by the airport so we can see the fireworks from their house. It is fun to go down the the falls and watch them, but it is even better to have a backyard to entertain the kids in, a huge soccer field to shoot off fireworks in, a bathroom (for prego) and lots of good food right in the kitchen to snack on before the show. You just don't get that down at the falls. We had a great time there, and Kayden got to experience his first sparklers. The rest of the weekend was pretty relaxing. We had a BBQ Saturday night and roasted marshmallows and played with Brandon and Anita's kids. We always enjoy going up to Idaho, and this trip was nothing short of that.
Kayden loves to play in cars, so when he saw this cop cars door open he didn't care if there was already a women in the front seat. He climbed right in and wanted to drive away. Luckily she thought it was pretty cute, and didn't mind this little boy on her lap.
