I absolutely love Idaho in the summer, so when Brock told me he had to go to Florida for a whole week for work I planned a trip with the kids to Utah and Idaho to visit family. I'm so glad we went. It was a long drive with just the kids and I but they are troopers and the end prize was fabulous. We got to do lots of fun things and the best was just playing outside in the wonderful weather. We got to visit some friends the Packers and the Robisons so that was great to see them and catch up on life. A little of what we did:
Ross Park for a day of swimming
Celebrated Grandma's birthday
Lots of 4 wheel rides
Lunch and Pedicures for Kathy's Birthday with just the ladies (thanks jon for watching the kids!)
Rexburg Splash Park and Courasel rides (with a little cotton candy thrown in)
BBQ's
playing tons with cousins
Playing with grandma's new kitties...Brooklyn and Kayden just loved them to death
We walked around BYU-Idaho one afternoon
Most importantly we got to go visit Tylers grave. I think I have confused Kayden even more now telling him about spirits and bodies and how we visit Ty at the grave. Hopefully this kid will understand someday!
We also spent a few short days in Utah with my sister and her kids & of course I didn't pull out my camera out for any of that fun.
We were pretty exhausted when we rolled back into Las Vegas, but we had a great time and made some wonderful memories!

Thanks for all the fun!!! We can't wait to come back for Brian's wedding!

Sounds like a fun little vacation. Visiting family is always so fun! Those pedicures look great. You should come visit us up here and we will go get one, like old times!
