Idaho

This was our year to go to California for Christmas but since I had to work the day before and the day after we decided to just take a week and head up to Idaho. Brock and I both got a few days off. I worked early Saturday morning until 12 and then we headed out. It was Brocks Dad's birthday so we had a party to get to! Our drive as always was very eventful. 5 stops in 4 hours is a little much if you ask me but when you have sleepy drivers, no gas, a potty training 3 year old and a puke kid it makes for a long afternoon in the car. Brock and I are getting very good at cleaning puke out of the backseat on the side of the road in the freezing cold....poor Ty! We made it just in time to go to Craigos for dinner with all of Brocks family t0 Celebrate. We had a lot of fun and it was good to see everyone. Tyler got his first taste of pop and for the record he doesn't really approve of that carbonation in his beverages. We went back to Grandma and Grandpas to to find we had a whole other Christmas waiting for us there. Kayden and Ty go toys and clothes and even some "Cars" matching jammies. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa. We had a really fun week doing lots of fun things. Brock got to go skiing after not going for over 6 years. I got to go see "New Moon" and learn how to make watch bands (a new favorite of mine) and Kayden loved just playing with the cousins. He is such a Grandpas boy. He follows Grandpa around when we are there. He even gets up early and sneaks in bed with Grandma and Grandpa. Probably not a favorite of theirs....but Brock and I enjoy sleeping in a little!! We got to spend New Years Eve up in Rexburg with the Farners. We usually spend our New Years with them when we are in Idaho and this year was no exception. We had to leave a little early to get back to Blackfoot so we didn't watch the ball drop together, but we had a great night playing games and eating some great food including the great skookies. Of course I didn't get any pictures of the night. We are so sad that they are moving soon!! They are only going to Utah, but now we don't have any excuses to go to Rexburg. That will probably be our last trip there for a long time. We had to come home new years day, but we had a great time, and can't wait for our next trip in March when we get to see Brian after he gets home from his mission and for Sheri's wedding.

Kayden loves to play Grandmas piano.

matching Brothers

There is nothing cuter than little kids all bundled up to play in the snow. These boys love to go on sled rides and four wheeler rides. They were very cute and could hardly move in all their snow gear (I of course was taking these from the house because I hate to be cold!)

Dallin trying to pull Kayden....lets just say they didn't get very far!

This is what the boys do for a little entertainment and excitement. They did this forever. Brock just caught them at the end. Kayden was really flying off the couch!

It is always fun to see family. When we go see my parents, Josh is attatched at the hip to my dad. I love it. It is always so fun to watch your kids play with their cousins.

Next time you come up, it would be a lot of fun if we could all get together.
