This last week has been SO hard. We found out a week ago Tuesday that little Tyler had an infection, and he had to go into emergency surgery to get his shunt out. I came out to Utah on Wednesday and met Bryce and Kathy here and they took Kayden back up to Idaho for a week and a half. We thought we were getting so close to bringing our little man home and then all of this had to happen. Needless to say he will be in the hospital for quit some time yet. It was a sweet reminder that the Lord is in charge and that I once again needed to put my trust in him. I hate having my family split up into 3 different states. I miss my Kayden and can't wait until the 4 of us can be back at home one day doing the things we love to do. It might sound crazy but I miss doing the laundry, and dishes and all those other "fun" chores at home. We are definitly ready to be back into some sort of routine, and back into our own beds!! Kayden probably doesn't even know where home is. He has been such a trooper being shuffled around like he has. Thank you everyone for helping us, and keeping us in your prayers. We really appreciate it.

I really feel for you! I think that is why I became such a home body for the last 6 years. Having your world rocked really makes you appreciate the simple everyday things. We love you guys and pray for you daily!
Sarah and Brock..we are so sorry that this has happened! I can't even imagine having the hope of having little Tyler come home and then something happens. You are all in our prayers! We love you!
We are thinking of you and praying for you. We hope things work out the way Heavenly Fahter intends it, not how we think it should be, even though that is the hardest part of growing and going through lifes challenges, we love you!!
