We have been back from our vacation for just over a week now and I am finally going to start posting some pictures. Brock had to go to Myrtle Beach for work and I decided I didn't want to stick around here by myself while he was having fun on the east coast so I decided to go to my parents in Cali. The boys and I left on a Sunday afternoon after church and drove to Salt Lake. We stayed the night then my mom (she flew out to help me) and I and the boys drove the rest of the way to her house. We had planned to stay a night in Winnemucca NV, which is about half way, but the boys were doing so great in the car we decided to go all the way. It only took us 13 hours. I found out my kids are amazin
g long distance passengers. I bought a few new toys for Kayden so he was totally content watching movies and playing with those toys. Tyler hardly made a peep which is so unlike him, we can hardly make it to Salt Lake most times without stopping to hold him because he is screaming. The boys and I spent the week enjoying being lazy at Grandma and Grandpas house. The weather was pretty yucky...lots of rain, but when it was nice we would venture across the street to the park and play. We also had picnics, watched movies, made cookies and other goodies, spent some time being sick, went on wal
ks, and helped Grandma plant her garden. Brock then flew out from South Carolina on Saturday and we spent the next week and a half playing. Our first stop was a Giants game. We decided it would be fun to take Kayden but we new he wouldn't last too long so we bought seats for cheap (6 bucks, we found an amazing deal online) and sat in the bleachers. The stadium is right on the ocean so it was a little cold...I mean freezing!! We had a lot of fun, and despite all of Kaydens unhappy faces in most of my pictures I think he had fun too. He really liked the huge hot dog and popcorn we got for him. The only part that was not so fun was that our seats happened to be in the only section with the loudest most obnoxious kids right behind us. They probably were a little drunk I would say. I have never heard th
e F bomb thrown out so many times in one night. The one guy swearing didn't even care there were kids around. He finally got kicked out about halfway through due to his disgusting comments toward one of the Rockies outfielders. Despite the cold and lovely crowd behind us it was a fun night just the three of us (thanks mom and dad for watching Ty). The Rockies finally won in the 11th inning 2-1.

So fun! We went on our honeymoon to san fran and took a tour of giants stadium. When I saw your pictures it brought back fun memories.

Hey, I remember before Tyler was born you posted pictures of the cute paint job you did in Kayden's room. How did you get the lines so perfect without getting the paint on the next color? We are wanting to do two colors in our family room.
