Mothers Day

I think Mothers Day is truly one of the best holidays, especially after having kids. Not because of all the flowers or recognition, but for me its a day of reflection and gratitude.

Today in Sacrament Mtg. on of the speakers took a minute out of his talk to have us think of our moms and some great memories that we have of her. I am so grateful for my mom and all of her sacrifices she has made for me and my family. My mom amazes me still at all she does with a smile on her face even though I know she is sick and in a lot of pain sometimes. She has taught me so much and I continue to learn from her.

I am also grateful for my mother in law Kathy. She is wonderful and truly is an example to me. She has raised seven wonderful children.

And lastly I am SO grateful to be a mom to Kayden and Tyler. I love my boys and couldn't ask for anything better. They teach me so much. I just quit my job a week ago, and I am so excited to be a full time stay at home mom again. Those boys bring me so much joy and have so much love to give. I LOVE being their mom!!
