POOP

Most days Kayden is an excellent kid...and other days I struggle with him. Today would be one of those days I struggled. He woke up bright and early GROUCHY!! Brock and I were doing our exercising, and he ended up back in his room bawling for about 25 min. Well that was only the start to our day. He was pretty whiny the rest of the day. He fell asleep watching a movie at 10am...that's a huge sign he is tired. He never sleeps in the morning. He was sick on Saturday and he has had a lack of sleep probably the last week while I was away, but that is no excuse. He gets to spend time in his room if he cries or whines excessively because I don't like to listen to it. I put him in his room for a nap and went and took one myself. I then got up to him singing primary songs and playing in his room. No big deal, he was happy. I decided to give a friend of mine a call that I hadn't talked to in a long time. It soon became quit upstairs and I felt relieved that he FINALLY went to sleep. I continued to talk for awhile, and then decided to go and check on him and see what damage he had done to his room. What I found next was so disgusting....

I first found this as I entered his room...

Then I saw him like this on his bed...sheets off and everything....(sorry about the nake picture!)

Then I found this as well as poop smeared several places on the floor, poop on the wall, poop on Tyler's crib and blankets, poop on his blankets and poop on the windowsill.

Was I mad do you ask?? NO. Surprisingly. I was a little frustrated that I would have to spend the rest of my afternoon (just over and hour) cleaning up poop, doing laundry, and sanitizing everything. I thought it was a little funny. Does this just come with having boys??? I feed Tyler and then woke kayden up with just a little frustration in my voice. I threw him in a cold bath to clean up the poop that was all over his bum and hands and forehead (how did it get there?) and then we proceeded to clean up poop...and lots of it. I made him help me, and all the time he was crying and asking for his daddy. I think Brock might have been a bit more mad than I was. I hope by making him clean it that he will never do it again.

I love the naked picture. I thought it was so funny, you definetly have Brandon's kid. I am not sure why you got him but he is just like his uncle. Boys are from a different bread. Miss you all!

He's going to love you later when he's old enough to know it was all on the blog. I'm glad I'm over those days. LOL
