A Good Halloween Effort

This year I had planned Kayden's little costume for a long time and was really excited because last year we didn't dress him up due to the fact we were still in the hospital, (and he was only a day old!!) My mom made him little pants, and i attached red suspenders to them. I searched all over town for a fireman hat (Amanda finally found one online for us). I finished his costume a couple of hours before he wore it. We had a trunk or treat at our church that we thought started at 6:30. We put Kayden's costume on him before we left and tried to take pictures but he just cried the whole time, so we left and had to stop at the store to get more candy (there were going to be three wards at the church). When we got to the church there were only about 10 cars and everyone was packing up to leave. To our surprise the Trunk or Treat started at 6pm and we completely missed it. We didn't go trick or treating either because we figure Kayden really didn't need too, and it was freezing outside. So all in all we ended up with a huge bowl of candy that i didn't want in the house, and i made a Halloween outfit that Kayden wore in the car to and from the church.
