My sweet Grandparents celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary and we had a big family reunion in their honor at the beginning of July. Brock got to take a whole week off of work I was so excited to spend time with him and the family. We started in Bakersfield and spent the fourth of july weekend at the Walkers. Kayden had lots of fun playing with cousins and enjoying the HEAT! We enjoyed going to the farmers market, ward breakfast, Zachs baseball game, and doing our own fireworks. We had a wonderful time. It was a great start to a fabulous vacation!
We tried to put Brooklyn down for bed before we did fireworks but she wouldn't have it at all. She wanted to be apart of the festivities so we let her... and she did it all nake since it was so hot.
Love this bunch!
The kids loved doing the sparklers as always....
The kids did slip n slide one day. They did about 1 minute of actual sliding and then they just played in the water.
It's fun to live closer to Brock's sisters and their families, and Kayden loves to play with his cousins. Here they all are.
