On November 8th last year we were finally able to bring Tyler home from the hospital. He was in the NICU at Primary Childrens for 72 days. Its hard to believe that it has already been a year. Ty was born five and a half weeks early at the U of U and then he was "life flighted" across the hall to Primarys where he stayed until we were able to bring him home. I am so grateful that I get to be this little boys mom. He has taught me so much already and I know that he is in our family to help us return to our Heavenly Father. Tyler is such a tough little guy. He has been through way too much in his little life. I love him so much and can't imagine my life without him. After we brought him home we were not suppose to take him out of the house for five months. That was such a struggle for me as a mom of Kayden too, but we had SO much help I can't thank those enough. There are several sweet women in our ward who would come and sit with Tyler for a couple of hours a week so that I could get out with Kayden. In the short time that Tyler has been home we have had the chance to meet so many wonderful people. He really has a great team who tries to help him have the best quality of life. The CDC therapists are amazing that come into our home to help him several times a month. Tyler also has the best of the best doctors in Salt Lake who are constantly helping him. Our trips down there aren't so frequent any more and we surely don't mind that...but he truly has some amazing doctors that have helped him along the way. We are so grateful that he is in our little family!
WE LOVE YOU TYLER!!

What a sweet little guy. You are a great mom!
He is such a wonderful little blessing! When I watched your boys last night I was reminded of how sweet they are together! Tyler is such a sweet snuggler and Kayden is always wanting to show his brother what he is doing...I love it!!!
