The day after Christmas Brock headed back to work....but only for a couple of hours. I packed up the car and got the kids and I ready, headed to walmart to grab some chains for the car then we were on our way out to get Brock and get on to Idaho. While at the doctors a couple weeks ago I asked if we could take Tyler out to see family. He asked "what about 8-10 people?", well...I fudged a little and said a little more (like 15 more) but he said if we kept him away from kids and sickies and if people washed their hands we would be OK to take him. So we started to plan the BIG surprise. We decided to go up and surprise all of Brocks family since no one knew we could come. We left about 1pm from our house and about 7 hours later we finally made it. The roads were not the best so we had to take the long way. A normal 4 hour tripped turned out to take a lot longer. It was so well worth it though. We surely surprised everyone. It was SO great to see family, and great to get out of the car. Thank goodness for Curious George!!
We had so much fun playing with cousins. Kayden was so excited to go on the "ride" (4-wheeler). It has snowed so much so it was fun to go on sled rides behind the ride. Here are just a few pictures of playing in the snow.
